An Italian classic, revised for better health
Yield: 8 servings
1. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small skillet and add the garlic cloves. Saute for 1 minute. 2. Pour the mixture over the cooked, drained pasta and combine well. Season to taste with salt.
