Thaw shrimp, if frozen and pat dry. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.Cook shrimp, green pepper, chile peppers, shallots and garlic in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque. Add Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano to shrimp mixture; toss to combine. If desired, serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
