Drizzle both sides of tuna steaks with oil; rub with garlic. Place tomato slices and cheese on large serving plate. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with basil; set aside. Cover and grill tuna for 8-10 minutes or until tuna flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Cut tuna into slices; place on top of tomatoes and cheese.
