Breakfast: Any K-sential cereal with lowfat milk and fresh fruit or juice. Morning Snack: Add K-sentials to yogurt. Lunch: Sprinkle K-sentials over fresh fruit fruit, it adds a great crunchy taste. Afternoon Snack: Coat a peeled banana with peanut butter and roll in K-sential Kellogg's Frosted Flakes cereal or munch on cereal snack mix (recipe above) Dinner: Crush K-sentials Kellogg's Frosted Flakes or Corn Pops cereals and sprinkle over cooked carrots or sweet potatoes. Evening Snack: Add your favorite K-sentials cereal over lowfat ice cream of frozen yogurt.
