Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Add pepper strips and garlic to skillet drippings and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until peppers are slightly tender (4-6 minutes). Add cooked rigatoni, bacon, olives, pepper and mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
