In medium bowl combine cheese, corn, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Beat with fork until well mixed. Stir in ham. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium low heat. Pour mixture into skillet. Cover and cook 14-17 minutes or until eggs are set in center and light brown on bottom. Turn upside down on serving plate.
