In a medium bowl combine salad dressing, mustard, baking powder, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, torn bread and egg. Mix together; fold in crab meat until combined and shape into six cakes. Fry over medium heat until browned. Place on paper towels to remove excess grease. Serve with cocktail sauce.
