As their name states, Yellow Finn potatoes are yellow-fleshed with a dense and creamy texture. These small round potatoes are silky and buttery in flavor.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees FIn a large bowl or gallon size ziplock bag, combine the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, pepper and salt. Toss well to coat.Place in a large roasting pan or the bottom of a broiler pan and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring twice.Spoon onto a platter and serve.
*Recipe variation:Try Yukon Gold, fingerling or red potatoes in place of Yellow Finn for excellent results!
