Yield: Serves 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Season the snapper with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Dip in flour, then in egg, coating the snapper completely.Melt butter in hot ovenproof skillet. Saute fish for about 2 minutes on each side. Place in oven and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove fish to warm platter. Place lemon or lime juice, parsley and Worcestershire sauce in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over fish and garnish with lemon wedge and fresh parsley.
